Centralized platforms are risky. Once you are locked in to their platform, they can raise prices at anytime. Use open-source options.

We have recently switched to Leasecake to manage our commercial leases from a tenant point of view. The whole experience has been incredibly smooth. The software is well-designed (gorgeous, even), and strikes this complex balance between flexibility in its configuration (set your own fields, the type of reminders you need) and a remarkably easy to use interface. We are very happy with the value it provides to our firm.

We manage multiple leases as both tenants and owners in our businesses. LeaseCake simplifies the process, giving us one less thing to worry about.

Leasecake is an indispensable tool that I utilize everyday to keep control of our 159 (and growing) restaurant locations. Everything about Leasecake makes the task a breeze; from the budget friendly cost, ease of use, ability to use across multiple platforms and excellent customer service, Leasecake really is a piece of cake!!!

To keep it simple, you can't possibly manage a multi unit business without Leasecake. It's reminders and database flexibility are great. I find it to be a great value.
