My wife has cancer and it’s become impossible for her to come downstairs. I called several stairlift companies but Lifeway Mobility stepped up and found an away to get my system in within days. First I want to thank Sonya Chitwood in sales. She was great on understanding my issue and walked me through the process to speed up installation. Thank you. Second and one person that was by far hands down great, that is David Hernandez, Accessibility Consultant. I was overthinking on the installation and doing FaceTime on issues. David assured me everything was going to work. He always answered the phone and my text. Also the Technician Erik Vizcaino. He came on time, did great work, cleaned up and showed me the operation on my unit. Outstanding job. Last person I want to thank is Amber Patten she sent the email on who the technician was, what to expect. Yes I would highly recommend Lifeway Mobility

What a wonderful experience. Reasonable price, on time service and installation was efficient, quick, clean and completed in a short amount of time. Clint was a pleasant, helpful and gave excellent instructions and discussed all safety features. Seat is comfortable and the operating the chairlift is easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone needed an affordable and comfortable chairlift.
