My experience with calling NECU was extremely important to me because of 3 Fraudulent charges that you flagged on my account. Thank you so much. Although I didn't know that my card was shut off until it was declined from Dunkin Donuts. Thank you for your continuous efforts to flag and decline scam/fraud charges. You all are the best.
