The application of their biosensor is easy enough if you follow instructions. I was shocked to learn how various foods impact my blood sugar levels! The biosensor definitely helps me make better choices about my nutrition.

I found customer service at Lingo to be very responsive. My Lingo devices arrived as expected, and were easy and painless to apply. After two full months of use, I can say I know have a clear idea of what creates spikes for me and how to manage both food/beverage intake and exercise to keep my glucose fairly steady and within a healthy range. While weight loss was not the goal, it has been a happy and unexpected result. I had glucose levels at the prediebetic level, and now, 2 months later, I am confident that I will not find myself living with diabetes. To my mind, Liingo allowed me to listen directly to what my body was telling me it needed. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity Lingo afforded me to learn and make needed behavioral changes.

I used it for one month and if you can afford it I would highly recommend it . Sadly I can’t afford $89 a month . I did notice that the results between pricking my finger method and lingo were off by 10 -20 so if lingo read I was at 140 the other would read 130 or 120 . Not that far apart . If I can get a whole month for $49 I would continue sadly the additional $40 is just too much for me to commit .

I have just finished using the Lingo device a week ago. It really exceeded my expectations. I am 63 and pre-diabetic. I learnt a huge amount. Being able to experiment with different foods each day was the most useful aspect. It was alarming how my usual breakfast 'spiked'. Even toast was an issue. By the end of two weeks I have had changed my diet completely. I found the device easy to work with and soon forgot it was on my arm. I will probably get one again after some months. I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this biosensor! I ordered 2 and learned so much about my body and how it reacts to certain foods. It completely changed the way I ate and the way I felt! They were super easy to attach to my arm and stayed on without any issues for the full 2 wks. I did order waterproof covers from Amazon and changed those every 2-3 days so that may have helped. I liked this product so much that I reordered a 12 wk supply. I’m a 54 yr old menopausal female and this has helped me with my weight, and my mood more than anything else I’ve tried in the last 4 yrs. The shipping was quick, the price is great, it’s easy to use and I feel like I’m in control of my body again.
