I had a tricky caching issue and the support I received was fantastic - they were extremely fast to respond and also extremely helpful. They helped me to test the affected site and worked hard to actively investigate and narrow down the issue - ultimately we figured out the problem and solution successfully.

We have a client that is expecting a large amount of visits to his site soon, we had been testing and changing the setup for months now but all we needed was to raise a ticket and Ruikai came to the rescue. He took the time to be there for testing on a Friday during off-hours and he pointed us in the right direction. That's true professionalism and dedication, I can't recommend Ruikai and the litespeed team enough.
