EXCELLENT service!
A year ago in needed to move my Denali from Minnesota to GA. I had a difficult time finding a company who didn't bait and switch at the last minute. After canceling with 3 other companies, I found loadstation LLC on Google and the owner, Ben, was very clear from the beginning. He explained everything i needed to know, from possible price changes due to the availability and the date i needed it moved, to the coverage on the insurance from the carrier and LoadStation itself to keep my vehicle safe. My car was shipped on time and everything went went smoothly! I am so glad I found them. Outstanding customer service and overall a great experience. If I have to move any more cars in the future or know anyone who needs to, I 1000% recommend LoadStation!

So many lies
So many lies. They gave very good quote with excellent price then on the pick up date they try to increase the price. Unprofessional!!!!! They never shipped my vehicle.

Hi, I'm sorry that you feel that way, please provide an order ID number related to your experience, as we don't see your name in our system as one of LoadStation loyal customers nor network of carriers. Feel free to post the proof and the agent name on here and we grant you a 100% money back as an apology if you are legit. Ben Ibrahim CEO / Owner [email protected] And since we know who you are [Sam Caravan LLC] and that you got blocked from our list of trusted carriers due to the Unprofessionalism dealing with one of our top car dealer customers and scratching his car, and the fact that we have a record of you paying for the maintenance cost, you keep submitting a bad review from 2 accounts on our platforms is not going to affect us more than it affects you, try to be honest with your self and stop the bad business and personal ethics. again if you're a one of our customers i grant you %100 money back if you post a proof of anything on here, we are a customer oriented and we will never give a bad experience to our valued customers.
