Everything's good about it except the response time on the tickets. I think you can get more staff

Was easy to setup and get running but I had to reset the server a couple times because I kept messing things up.

They've Helped me out alot, although the reason Im giving them a 4 star is because sometimes they don't answer all my questions that I ask.

The support is fairly well done what I experienced was a good reply fast team, what I disliked was that they had a plan displayed they were still working on as the manager claimed. However they processed a refund which I’m extremely happy with.

Making the "Control panel" a bit more user friendly could be nice, other then that pretty good

Server rarely goes down or needs help but when assistance is needed it’s hard to get it quickly especially if you aren’t American. Other then occasional support problems it’s a great host with good prices :)

Amazing service cheapest I could find and they really know how to help
