Easy ordering and quick receiving

I own a bar and needed to get a new latch for my entrance so I ordered rather late at night online and someone called to confirm the purchase and delivery instructions the following morning. Since I had ordered express delivery, it was the first thing off the delivery truck in the morning and no one is at the bar that early in the morning, so it went back to the local office. Ron, their sales & operations manager emailed as soon as he learned the package had not been signed for to make sure that I knew what was going on with my delivery. I received the package the next day. The email from Ron, underscores the ease and due diligence throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their products as well as their service!!
