Crappy representation by a company. Ordered three pairs of shoes, one pair came the other word. Put on back order for over a month. When I contacted the company, they said it had been canceled 6 days ago and there were no shoes coming. They had not notified me. They had not reached out. They had done nothing. I wear a very odd shoe size. This is the only place I could get them. And for me to have to wait over a month for something. I'm not going to get when I could be making. Other arrangements is ridiculous. I will never order from them again. Bottom line when you try to get it straightened out you can't get a hold of anyone that speaks english. If. I could give this place a minus five rating I would have.

Zero would be too many stars for this company. This is the same garbage retailer as shoemall.com and likely because they have such bad reviews they started a new site. Same exact experience and same lack of response. No way to cancel a backorder because they are selling items they don't have and refuse to cancel the backorder.
