I’ve been a dealer for Dura Supreme Cabinetry for 25 years. A great company until Masterbrands bought it. My personal order came in with a finish that I didn’t order., looks like they sprayed toner on it. Blocked out all the maple grain. The finish is the worse looking finish I’ve ever seen. The cabinets will be going to the dump. They will not be installed in my house. There are many good cabinet companies .. in my opinion based on my history ., stay away from Masterbrand companies. They are buying up all the companies in the country and are not working in your best interest. Customer service is bad. Warranty changed according to what they feel Like. I feel they don’t care about the customer .

Thomasville a subsidiary of Masterbrand blatantly refuses to provide warranty service on the second hand patched cabinets I made the mistake of purchasing. They claim to provide a Lifetime Warranty however they refuse to address my issues. As of 6/9.25 neither Thomasville/Masterbrand or the retailer they sell their garbage cabinets thru has offered warranty assistance.

I bought kitchen cabinets (Omega brand) and Master Brand is the parent company. Lots of quality errors in the product delivered. Hinges installed upside down, damaged cabinet frames. The warranty replacement process is extremely slow. The one replacement I have received was also damaged and dried glue everywhere. Absolutely no effort to do warranty replacements in a timely manner.
