Mavigadget was helpful and always responded to my concerns in a timely manner. However, the product I ordered from them was not working; they replaced it with the same item but it did not work either. Mavigadget finally gave me a refund so I still give them a five star. Great customer service. Oh I forgot to mention that they did not require me to return the items.

I received a wrong product then I got a replacement and now I am very happy with your service

I ordered a beautiful coffee maker that unfortunately arrived with a small crack on the lid. The crack didn’t hinder its functionality, but I thought it was worth bringing to the company’s attention. I contacted customer support, sent over some pictures, and braced myself for a potentially long and arduous return process. To my surprise, the complete opposite happened. Not only did the customer service team promptly acknowledge my issue, but they also shipped a brand-new coffee maker to me absolutely free of charge! They told me to keep the original item, as it was still usable. It’s so refreshing to see a company stand by their products and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks.
