For the most part it went well. I had a few problems with part D which took several phone calls to resolve.

Am waiting for Medicare cards. Was told the startup is 15 Oct, so call then.

I am on a fixed low income. I have been with Anthem since before my husband and I moved to Bardstown, Ky. When I moved back to E'town, I had lost my card and asked for a new one. This was in 2017 and Anthem says I have been a customer since 2018. I keep getting calls that say there is new plans and when I check on it, there are no new plans. I plan to look into other plans in October.

I don’t know how or if I chose you.
