There was some information that was new to me. It was more of a review. I did forward to others in my office that may need additional information.

The overall process was easy, even though I really dislike filling out forms online with no contact with a real live person. Because I have multiples and had questions, I contacted customer service and did not find the people I spoke with (on a number of occasions) particularly helpful or friendly. I was just expected to know the answers and complete everything online. In the end, everything worked out alright and I will use them again, but it was not my favorite process. On another note, I attended a couple of MEFA webinars regarding loans in general and college funding and these were absolutely fantastic !! I would recommend any first time college parent or student participate in these very informative and helpful webinars.

First of all, I love MEFA! I love working with you, as I have for the past 15 years or so. I enjoy having your speakers provide workshops at our school, and everyone on your staff is very informative. I thought there were supposed to be more of those "coffee conversations" (not sure if that is the title). Perhaps I missed an invite but I was only notified of one, and I really wanted to take advantage of them. I enjoyed hearing feedback from my colleagues in the field. I hope there is more opportunities to do that this coming year!
