Purchased home out-of-state, MH Resales realtors Bob Grimes and Jason Grimes were outstanding to work with going above and beyond to protect my interests as the buyer and provide referrals for contractors, inspectors, park information, etc. They were quick to respond to questions and pleasant to work with. VERY HELPFUL!

Bob Grimes and his team did an excellent job on this property real fast. As we we’re getting off The plane in Canada becoming new owners. He kept us in the loop about everything, to the electronic signing and getting titles transferred , all while still in Canada. And before hand visited twice the property . Thanks again Bob and Jason. I never thought that the sale of my mobile home could be done so quickly. But immediately that MH Resales put our property up for sale, the offers began to arrive and we sold in a very short time. The realtor who assisted us, Manal Boneu Muñoz, did an excellent job. She is always answering our calls within minutes to answer our questions and concerns. I definitely recommend them one hundred percent. Thank you Manal Boneo Muñoz and MH Resales.

Holly Frandeka is a step above any realtor I've ever worked with. She is experienced, thoughtful, insightful, and more than willing to go the extra mile to sell my home and help me hunt for my next home. She will be my go to person should I ever need another realtor!

I just had to leave a note about our recent sale of my elderly parent’s manufactured home. We listed the house with Ann Winchester at MHResales. It was by far the best house selling experience we’ve ever had. Ann and her team did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. They gave us great tips for improving the curb appeal and Ann went the extra mile to get all the paperwork assembled quickly, accurately and thoroughly. My wife and I have moved around for my job over the years, buying and selling over a dozen houses. I have had some horrific experiences with realtors and buyers. So, I know a terrific experience when I see one. Ann and MHResales are the once-in-a-lifetime dream team to work with.
