I tried calling an assigned adjuster multiple times and left voicemails with no confirmation or call back. I decided to get to customer service to see if I could get any assistance on a claim and Ian was very happy and willing to help and assist. We tried getting in contact with the assigned adjuster since Ian said they should be available but turns out that they just did not want to talk to me. Ian was very helpful on confirming my questions and concerns, adding additional information and also gave me a manager contact information. Ian went above and beyond today with assisting me and my client's claim and I appreciate that a lot. Some adjusters can learn a thing or two from him.

Mileauto answered all my questions. The great people who work for Mileauto are kind, well informed and always ready to help. I really like their prices and believe other insurance companies should follow them. I have not needed them for anything serious but I'm sure I'll get the same attention at that time as I do now. I thank you for all you do. I promise if you choose Mileauto, you'll keep a lot of money in your pocket and still have quality auto insurance.
