Still have not received product that’s…
Just got off the phone with Katie very professional and I miss read the Groupon which was my fault. Katie went beyond great customer service thank you so much

It was not medically appropriate for me…
It was not medically appropriate for me but they encouraged me to seek approval from my physician, and they will honor the deal if I get it.

The experience was great

It would be nice to have the info about…
It would be nice to have the info about contacting the doctor for prescriptions on the order form. I missed the email and didn’t find out my product wasn’t being shipped until I got tired of waiting and called. That’s the first I’d heard of the request to contact the doctor.
