I'm sorry that you were confused. You ordered a prescription medication. As such, you do need a prescription from a doctor. We are a legitimate pharmacy and cannot ship prescription medications without a prescription. The good news is that we have a partnership with providers who can treat you . online in 5 minutes! We ask that you please consider your bad review of us simply due to the fact that we are following the law.....

Worse product ever, I have been sick for 3 days since it toke it. I tried so many other products before and never felt this way. I felt like really sick 🤕

I bough this On Groupon because I tough would be easy. and I don’t remember seeing anything related to doing all this extra just to get it. I don’t feel confortable answering a huge questionary with many private questions online. Can I please get a refund?

Bought a product through Groupon almost three weeks ago. Still haven’t received it. I contacted MintRX and they said I needed to provide a photo ID. (No mention of this or the delayed delivery when I purchased). I will never purchase another product from MintRX and I recommend you do the same

Hello Michael, we are sorry that you are upset with us. It is a state law that we identify our patients prior to treating them with prescription medication. This is why we need your driver's license. We are HIPAA compliant and your information is securely retained in your medical record. It's the same as if you went to a regular doctor's office. We are just virtual! It saddens us that you are giving us a bad review simply because we are following legal requirements.
