Good company to deal with
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered any questions and were not pushy. Have used this company twice and been satisfied with the price and service. The only minor issue was, although I confirmed the shipping address, they used the billing address instead but I caught it in time to get it corrected quickly.

Wonderful to have peace of mind for relative who lives far away!
Sales lady was awesome! Explained the device well and glad to have the peace of mind for my sister. Only complaint is the weight of the device. Otherwise, so far very pleased!
