Awesome
I just had the greatest experience with Michael helping me over the phoje to set up a new system. He helped me pick out a system for my dad. There was several options of things I hadn't even thought about. The peace of mind this adds to my life as my dad comes home from his hospital stay is awesome.

So far so good.
We just got the MobileHelp classic for my mom. So far so good. The price is hard to beat. We will see how well it does over time. Customer support has been good, and the devices seem to work well. I will update this after we have had it for a while.

I liked it because they are not pushy…
I liked it because they are not pushy with sales. Listen to what you want and don't force you to get a more expensive option. The service was friendly and fast.
