They deliver!
They answer calls promptly and get the necessary help quickly. I fell in the bathtub, dislocated my shoulder and could not get up. EMS help was immediately dispatched. My family was notified as well.

Customer Service agent was great, guided me through the steps to activate my mobile base station. Answered all my questions that I had.

Mobile Help: A Life Saver
I have fallen four times. Each time, pressing on my Mobile Help button brought quick emergency response. Since I live alone, I feel like Mobile Help saved my life. Without it, I would have remained on the floor, unable to move. I would advise anyone who lives alone to sign up with Mobile Help.
