They are always helpful when I call…
They are always helpful when I call their office. I haven't used Mobile help for an emergency, I do feel better knowing I have it, especially in the shower.

Customer service representative, John, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me through the entire process and explained everything. I appreciate his understanding of my situation and was able to help with a solution in a timely manner.

My experience with falling makes me feel safe knowing help is on way
My experience been good when I fall which is a lot help always get to me on time, callers who work there is very friendly and helpful and supportive. I believe without mobile help I would not be alive. And I’m very grateful because I fall a lot thank you and u no that commercial help I’m falling and I can’t get up. It’s true thank you all.
