My package was lost in transit and these people refuse to refund me.

This is the third pair I've tried from you guys and every one of them are crap I'm sorry I'm not going to lie I'm going to be honest about it they're flimsy they flip backwards they're just they're no good and when I finally got them in they made my eyes irritated and they're just not good and don't send me a coupon in contact me asking me to change my review I don't want your coupons I don't want your to lenses I've tried three pair and they're no good have a nice day

Gave me damaged contacts and now won’t refund me. I paid over $80 for ripped contacts. If it’s not fix I will never order again from them. I can’t even get them in time for my event now.

Sent the wrong product and customer service was a joke. Avoid at all costs

If I could give them 0 stars I would I would. This website is such a rip off. They kept giving me the run around and I never got my contacts. Also they refused to reimburse me because I gave them a bad review which they deserved. I wouldn’t waste my time or money on these products.

The contacts that were shipped to me were not at all the correct contacts. I ordered "devil vampire red" contacts but the ones shipped to me were all black.

I never received the contact lenses. I wished I had read the reviews first as it appears this is a common issue.
