Terrible experience and customer service. Shop autofilled a slightly incorrect address on an expensive wedding gift. Movies Unlimited shipped it there anyways, even though I contacted them multiple times before it shipped. Each time I spoke to a different person who didn't understand their process. They clearly don't handle customer service or shipping in house. I am now out nearly $300 and never received the package.

Beware of these scammers
I rarely write reviews about companies ever and they managed to piss me off enough to write one about them so first of all, congratulations. I placed an order from these people back in December for the first time. They shipped my stuff on time and in good condition. No problems. Then, I placed another order last month. About 2 hours later, the order got cancelled. They sent me an email saying they couldn't get approval from my card provider and that I should contact them about it. I did, and they told me there was nothing wrong with my card. That was true because I could see the transaction in my bank account. So I placed another order thinking it was a mistake. My card was charged again and they kept me hanging for three days so I thought there was no problem and they were processing the order. After three whole days of waiting, they cancelled my order again for the same reason, with the same email informing me that I should contact the card company because it wasn't approved. I then placed another order with a different card this time. Again, the card was charged with no problems but they cancelled the order anyway. I finally emailed them and asked what the hell they were doing. They told me it may have been because my address or phone number wasn't correct and that I should give the correct information. That was of course nonsense because I already had one successful order with them and I didn't change any information after that. And even if that was the case, they lied to me when they told me the problem was with the credit card company. But I checked all my information anyway and placed yet another order by making small changes like adding a comma here and there while filling out the information, hoping that would somehow solve the problem. I also emailed them and confirmed all the information I gave was correct. The card was charged again and the order got cancelled after 4 days. They didn't even bother to email me this time.
So, this is my experience with these scammers. They will charge your card, keep your money for days, cancel your order with rubbish excuses and blatantly lie to you about the reason. All the years of shopping online, never had I experienced anything like this. Beware.

The absolute BEST place to find any movie
I have been ordering movies from Movies Unlimited for many years. We are old movie buffs and prefer to own our films and watch on DVD or Blu-Ray rather than stream them or pay for subscription services.
Our family looks forward to the big catalog each year - we go through and circle things we want, I add to our wishlist, and then space orders throughout the year. Sadly, I've never thought to review them!
First, they have everything. Really. *EVERYTHING*. Most recently (January 9), I was able to find a super obscure short-run Mel Brooks TV show from the 70s ("When Things Were Terrible"), which I only found at Movies Unlimited. Seriously, if they don't have it, likely no one does.
Second, their prices are quite reasonable and they often offer little deals, such as free shipping or percentage off.
Lastly, DVDs are always well packaged and arrive quickly.
In a world full of pay-into-perpetuity movie services and streaming services offering junky modern fare, it is so nice to know a place like Movies Unlimited exists. I hope there are enough fellow DVD/Blu-Ray buffs like us to keep it going!

Long Time Customer- Very Pleased....
I have been ordering from Movies Unlimited for many years, back to when they sent a catalog and I ordered movies on VHS.
The order I just placed took a while for delivery, but since they were the only place that had some of these movies, I was more than happy to wait.
I will be ordering again.
