Sadly, the bed is not big enough for my little guy. He has three beds throughout the house, including this one and he never chooses this one. Maybe if I got the larger size he would enjoy it.

This company is misleading. Before I had luxury vinyl put in my home, I contacted them and asked what type of backing they used on their rugs. They said their mats were perfectly safe for luxury vinyl flooring. I have since found out that they use TPR or thermal plastic on the back of their mats which is not safe for luxury vinyl flooring. Over time it will discolor the flooring. So if you have luxury vinyl in your home, beware, and if you're thinking of getting luxury vinyl make sure you stop using the mats.

Thank you for your feedback, Barb. We’re sorry for any confusion and understand your concern. Our team has sent you a detailed email to clarify the backing material and address your flooring safety questions. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

Apparently it was "damaged"in transport and was cancelled by the transport company. I was to contact Muddy Mat-which I did and they were suppose to be resending it. Howeve, that was over a week ago and I have not heard anything else. And I was already charged once for it

One star — and that’s already too much. The mats themselves are lovely, but the company is run by complete amateurs. I ordered five mats, and it was obvious from the delivery that something was wrong. I contacted MuddyMat right away, but they insisted everything was fine. It clearly wasn’t — anyone could see that — but they didn’t care. The mats were returned to MuddyMat from the UK airport and then re-shipped. After that, random custom fees started appearing, some mats went missing, others arrived. They kept promising to “take care of it,” but then nothing. No updates, no real communication — I had to chase them constantly. The mats are great quality, but if you can find anywhere else to buy them, do it. MuddyMat is a disaster of a company and has no idea how to run a business.
