My experience with Musely has been excellent! Spot cream has given me good results, and while in the "off" months, I was able to take off auto subscribe and auto pay with no problems. The entire process is easy to navigate and user friendly. Fortunately for me, I haven't experienced anything negative with billing or products like some have described.

The products are great so far but…
The products are great so far but haven't been using long enough to see big changes. My order was packaged wrong and, after informing them, they sent the missing product without any questions.

Professional and flexible
My impression is that my order was handled professionally. I did get questions from the doctor before any order was accepted and I was actually impressed. Also, I live most of the time outside the US and they are working with me so I can get my prescription. I’m a happy camper!
