Overpromised and Underdelivered
Broken labs that don't teach you. Hours of lecture videos that also don't teach anything worthwhile. Teachers that likely have gone through the program before and only teach there now to pay off their loans owed to the school since they could not find an actual IT job. The courses do not provide students with actual assistance in breaking into IT. You can pass the certifications for much cheaper on your own. I used Professor Messer more than the actual course material to pass every exam. It's hard to look at this experience as anything other than a scam. Very few employers will take you seriously for simply having basic IT level certifications. For example, out of the 500 jobs I've applied to in the IT field over the past 6 months, I've had 3 interviews and received 0 job offers. The career services is an absolute joke and will regurgitate talking points about how hard the job market (as if that's some kind of acceptable excuse) and offer job reccomendations that you are no where near qualified for. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay far away from this blantant scam of your benefits (or money to my non-military people).
