My Fast PC personnel are right on the money and fix your computer in very short order. They are friendly and will answer additional questions you may have. My only complaint is that they are rather expensive for us retired Baby Boomers. Wish My Fast PC could offer retirees a 20% discount on their services. Anne

My FastPC seems to be working well most of the time. I was told that I could contact FastPC anytime day or night, but I found that thet have certain office hours, so at one point I couldn't get hold of them to resolve my problem. However, I'm glad I have FastPC to help keep my computer up and running. My computer is very old and wants to freeze up or shut down at times. This is not happening as much now as it did when I didn't have My FastPC.

My computer was giving me many problems and was due for a cleaning, so I called in to MyFastPC. When the work was completed, my computer was the same and even developed other problems. It's frustrating.

each tech sets my system diff from the prev one....All is ok though.....primarily home page etc. but great professional techs.
