It is still difficult to reply to a comment on your workout???

It would be great if the mizone emails had your total Meps for the month on every email like they used too. You have competitions or draws if you exceed 3200 Meps for the month, but hos can you follow it if there is no total. You also promote beat your friends meps for the month etc, but how can you if you dont have the total showing on the return workout emails. Cheers Danger.

The quick feed back by email is appreciated. It would be great if my maximum heart rate could remain at 140. I am almost 82 and have a resting heart rate of 50. Only on the spin bike can I get into the red zone. All else works effectively. Thankyou

I think generally you do a great job. My only criticism is the Myzone watch was a dismal failure I had 2 and they both were less than satisfactory.
