I found the customer service lacking and sometimes rude. I will never deal with the company again. They even forgot to tell us we needed an electrician to setup the filter.

Purchased a patio dining set a month ago. Little to no correspondence since, unless I initiated it. My credit card was charged the day I purchased it, yet I still do not have it. When I called two weeks ago, I was tolde it would be here last week. No call yet. There was also questions about what I actually ordered. You guys can do much better

I am not happy with Nameco I haven’t been able to open my pool because they can’t give me the right chemicals to clear the pool to make it safe for my kids to swim in.

Went there a few tines last year. Not a single employee car over to ask if we needed help. Won’t go back

My pool was only 5 years old when it burst and you would not hold up to your warranty on it. So yes I'm extremely disappointed in your product. I spent thousands of dollars keeping it clean for a safe summer for my children and grandchildren and it rusted and burst. I had complain to your store and even showed pictures of it before it burst and nothing was ever done. Except you did offer me the opportunity to purchase another pool for more money then I paid for the one I had.

I forgot about this company. I had a problem with a bad liner. When I spoke to them I got the run around and got no help. I wrote a bad review and someone from NY called me and promised me a refund and discounts. I think it was about 3 yrs ago . I would not buy anything from this company. I used to tell people I know to stay away .

Was given many promises by the manger the Swansea MA store which were not followed thru on. Have not done business there since.
