Their software requires significant troubleshooting even in the simplest situations, and if you're considering asking for help on their support forums, don't bother. Luke Lawson will snipe the conversation because he's chronically online, and provide low-quality support with a large dose of condescension and passive-aggressiveness.

They used to be so great, now they are just pure scum. Make it impossible to cancel with an impossible navigational maze. Dark patterns everywhere. Avoid this company like the plague they have become. Will be issuing chargebacks, this company has to be punished for its illegal practices. 🖕
