I requested a return for a tshirt as ordered wrong product. Their return policy says nothing about denying returns for an incorrect purchase a d gives 30 days. They claimed I only had 72 hours. Not trustworthy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The product did NOT match the advertised item and the return policy is a JOKE. Item meets all requirements provided on their "website" for a return but the bot that responds to emails states that to issue a refund the item must be UNOPENED and UNUSED!! I'm sorry, unopened??? A complete SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A "COMPANY"

With out a doubt the biggest load of rubbish EVER! The print is a shiny plastic, cheap rubbish. Back in the 80’s you had t-shirt print shops and these were practically luxury compared to this tatt. My husband and I just laughed however I am furious as paid £27 so will be dealing with this tomorrow. I should have known better 🤦‍♀️

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Their returns policy is a total scam - they refuse returns even if the item is within their conditions (30 days, original packaging, etc). Item is not fit for wearing, terrible quality and poor print. I have wasted my birthday money on this item and I’m furious

You must avoid this company at all costs. Their returns policy is a scam. Our order adheres to all of their conditions but no refund received. Complete scam of a company.

Poor quality and horrible return policy! Their return policy is subjective...First they request pictures, then they try and give partial refund...If they will even approve refund is highly doubtful. Would not recommend and will not purchase from them ever again. Six days and I'm still battling with them.
