Very helpful ........wonderful service will definitely use it again

Although there were some mix-ups involved with scheduling (which really would make my rating 4.5, but that was not an option), in the end we were able to work out a day and time, and I was able to have many boxes of sensitive files that were outdated shredded right on site. Sheena, in the office, was extremely helpful after she realized that someone else had mixed up the schedule. Once she worked with me, the schedule was set up, and everything happened as planned. The two men who provided the on-site shredding service were pleasant, professional, and very efficient. The whole process only took about 30 or 40 minutes and was priced very reasonably. I would definitely use the service again and recommend it to others.

The guys got the job done with a minimum of muss or fuss, made some suggestions about how we could do it more efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with, particularly John. I will want them on my next job.

We at MLGW, LLP are very happy with the Nexcut service. A few days before pickup, we communicate back and forth regarding ETA and 9 out of 10, the crew members arrive on time. The pickup and drop off of the bins is quick and the actual shredding is done on site quickly and discreetly. The crew members are very nice, courteous and efficient. Nexus came for the pick up of shredding when they said they were going to. Their employees were courteous and took care of everything quickly. A billing adjustment had to be made on their first bill and was done without hassle.
