I ordered a Patrick Mahomes Jersey for…
I ordered a Patrick Mahomes Jersey for my grandson for Christmas on Black Friday from nfl.com. Not only has it not showed up but it will not be here until January 11 at the earliest. When I called and nicely pleaded my case as my grandson LOVES Patrick Mahomes and all he wanted was a jersey fr Christmas and I am sick and cannot go get one for him at a local store, I was told that they cannot change the date and that I should have ordered earlier (than a month before Christmas) and then hung up on. I have no words, My grandson is going to be crushed. I am going to have to go to every store in the immediate area hoping to find one (mind you, I am sick and should not be out) but Nfl.com has to stick to its policy and are blaming it on me and hanging up on me when I argue back. I am very disappointed and very uspset that I have to break my grandson's heart. Thank you NFL.com

GARBAGE! Paid but can't connect as it says I don't have an account. But you are charging me so I do have an account when it comes to paying for it. Total scam. Oh! And try to cancel it. Good luck. Hope your team doesn't have Saturday games. If so you're out of luck. Not on networks, and as stated, NFL network doesn't work.

Doesn't work
Paid for nfl + and it just stopped working on my phone and tv. Just paid my monthly fee last week and it no longer recognizes that I have an account. What a waste of money. Also you can't speak to anyone on the phone. Just hit snail mail or email.

I have 2 phones on my NFL+ account
I have 2 phones on my NFL+ account. That's supposed to be okay but it doesn't seem to be okay. There is something wrong with 1 or both of them every Sunday. The NFL mobile app is just not good. 3 or 4 yrs ago it was great. Not even good now.
