Ordered online and it couldn't have been easier! My mattress and box spring was delivered 8 days after I ordered it. Courteous delivery people and they took the plastic wrapping with them.

Ordered a mattress Saturday morning. Received an email confirmation. Have called 3 times since Saturday following up on the order to see when it will be delivered and left 3 voicemails and no call back.

Online experience was fine, but not a way to buy a mattress. This is NOT a comfortable mattress. Very upset that I didn't go to the store and lay on it. Not sure what one can do now
