Everything so far has been amazing. My dog loves the beef recipe and is very happy at lunch and dinner time. Your first order comes with samples of their other recipes so your dog is able to try them out and you know what to order in the future. Customer service and follow up by NomNom has been exceptional so far. We are eagerly anticipating our next order.

My shipment arrived today ice cold despite the 90 plus degrees of Florida heat outside.

Love the food, our two dogs are very different with different dietary needs but our older Kiwi has struggled and while she has a chronic condition the Nom Nom Now food has really made a difference in her energy, stools and attitude. Our puppy Beau is a picky eater but he does love the food once you can get past his crazy habit of playing with food. Overall I'm glad we found this company it's a relief to have something I know is healthy and that they love to eat, they love the treats too! Highly recommend it! But pay attention to the scheduling, review the website and read about how to pause and activate delivery, I didn't do that, it was my fault and got tripped up since it's fresh food you need to know you can be home or make arrangements for it to be put inside if you're going to be gone.

Thank you so much for sharing your success story—it's truly wonderful to know how well your pups are doing on their NomNom and that they are seeing the benefits a fresh food diet has to offer! And, of course, it's wonderful to hear just how much they love it. And thank you for making that note—because we make each meal fresh to order, we do kindly ask our loving pet parents to keep an eye on their account so we truly appreciate you willing to work with us to ensure you get exactly what you need each order :)
