My pup seems to like the food and is doing well on it. I wish the packaging could be more environmentally friendly.

when I first signed up for nomnomnow food, we were getting large size bags, meaning 1 bag twice a day. Now, the packaging has been changed and we get twice as many bags, and now 2 bags twice daily. I'm not sure why the change, but it's a little inconvenient. other than that, my 2 labradors love the food!!

Dogs love this food. Packages are hard to open and messy to feed. Too many white potatoes. They are hard as a rock even after warming up. Dogs toss them out.

Love the food; my dog loves it, but she has not lost any weight in a month and half to two months. I know the food is making her healthier, just need her to lose some weight.

The food quality is great! However the packaging isn’t consistent. With the first order I could easily pull the tab and open the package and then the last couple of orders the seal has been glued shut so I have to use scissors to cut open across the top, defeating the purpose making it easy because now my scissors are dirty too.

I would give mixed reviews for NomNomNow. The service part has been pretty good, but I have to admit my dog has not been as crazy for the food as some other reviewers have indicated their dogs were. We have a small dog, which tend to be picky, but some days she barely eats one "packet" (should have 2 per day) of the food. The price for 2 weeks of food for a 10lb dog has been right at about $48 every 2 weeks, so this isn't the cheapest food. I just hope it turns out to be healthier for her. To be fair, our dog didn't go crazy over the Fromm hard food we were feeding her either. So, the jury is still out (about 6 weeks?) whether we will continue down this road. The food does come in convenient packages and does arrive timely....so far.

Our dog LOVES it. We used to have a lot of difficulty at meal time getting our dog to eat- but not anymore! I do think it's pricey and not affordable for everyone.

The food is all it's made out to be; smells so good I'd almost eat it. The boys love it. The only problem, thru two orders, has been I've received anything but "perfectly portioned packages", and have three times a day for the past five weeks found myself weighing out the proper portions that should already be in the damn packages. Despite numerous emails and providing a statistical analysis of how poorly they package, my second order came in just as bad as the first from this perspective. It's annoying, and I wonder if I can't trust them to weigh food, how can I trust them to cook it, but in a world with few quality alternatives, for now I'm dealing with it. Do NOT expect "perfectly portioned packages". You may expect "perfectly packaged portions".
