We purchased the SOLARIS house plan Premium 3D Set and we’re super happy with our choice! The plans are incredibly detailed and well organized. Even our contractor was impressed with the clarity and precision of the plans. The 3D files have been very helpful for our interior designer and have allowed us to see how everything will come together. We highly recommend NORDIC HOME PLANS to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality home design.

We purchased the Aurora house plan from Nordic Home Plans. As an extra service, they ensured the plans met our local codes and also provided an engineer’s stamp for permit submission. Our contractor was very pleased with the detailed plans and the materials list, which saved him a lot of time during planning and construction. We moved in recently, and the home really feels spacious and bright. Nordic Home Plans delivered exactly what they promised and supported us all the way.
