WOW NSS Lending is amazing to work with. As a foreign investor, it's challenging to get lenders willing to finance my deals but NSS Lending were able to hook me up and allowed me to close a beautiful residential building. I will definitely work with them again regarding future deals as well.

Thank YOU Jashan! We sure do know the in's and out's of getting foreign investors funded in the US. Took a bit of work, but we have it all down to a science now! Ha! Keep the opportunities coming our way. Teri & Neal

We approached NSS/Neal & Teri with a particular set of complicated issues relating to refinances on several Multi Fam properties. They were diligent, thoughtful and very exacting in helping us resolve our issues to get the refinances done. I would recommend them and we definitely plan to work with them in the future.

Complicated keeps it interesting around here for sure. Anyone can fund easy, it's when they get outside the box is when we really shine! Thank you so much for letting the world know. Teri & Neal
