Satisfied with headphones, but accessories were not complete. Airplane adapter and compact carrying bag missing

The light had a slightly bent medal piece, which the installer told me after he put the light up.

The item listed as new but when I received it, the product is not as stated. A package missed component. The seller provide some discount after being contacted to inform about the issue. I wish they described item accurately when listed.

Product looks used!! Case that beats came in is all dinged up!

It was a little tricky ordering from NT at first but they were very responsive and got right back to me. In the end I received my order and was very pleased although the product (Sennheiser Noise Cancelling Headphones) were shipped with no instructions. Luckily, I was able to find instructions online and downloaded.

Ordered a bath sink faucet that was posted as "New". Received the shipment in a timely manner. Faucet was missing a part for the drain. Couldn't install it. Had to to go to HD and purchase a replacement part. Not happy about it. Suggest NTE do a better job checking their products before selling.

I recently purchased a refurbished netgear router. The ad stated that since it was refurbished that tech support would be through email only. I was OK with that. I had problems installing the router and contacted netgear for tech support and they refused saying they offer no support on refurbished products. I was eventually able to resolve the issue but would not have been happy if I couldn't have.
