Unexpected!
Unexpected! This was quite unexpected to receive an offer from OEO to replace all of our lights free of cost. Everything was easy, from start to finish, thank you guys!

Broken Bulbs
The shipment of bulbs arrived promptly, but several of the bulbs were broken. This was due to the pallet being strapped too tight. OEO reached out and will be sending replacement bulbs.
