Great machine

Excellent support and after service
Hello. I received my new Af 70 watt co2 Laser 1 month ago. Been having problems since. Contacted support tech. They have been very good at answering my questions and sending me a power module i needed to change as my laser didnt pulse at 25 %power. I received the wrong one. I contacted support again and im waiting for a quick response. So far im very impressed at omtech support and consistently Kind and helpfull nature. Not something you see today in bussinessses. This is my first laser so im not sure about a lot of things. Ontech is always a phone call away. Thank you Doug De Champlain
