Quick and easy

I am 94 years old, and I was having problems with my printer. I contacted One Click Technologies LLC for assistance, and I am very pleased with the support I received. Because my hearing is not very good, I sometimes have difficulty understanding instructions over the phone. However, the technicians were extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step. Their help was truly valuable, and they successfully assisted me with my issue. I greatly appreciate their patience, understanding, and dedication to customer service.

The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, as I am not at all computer savvy. My only concern was frequently did not appear to be listening to my questions, while I was asking them and spoke over me. I did need to ask them to stop speaking and allow me to finish my comments and/or questions. They were extremely patient and polite
