Great Support Service
The Orbisify Support team is very responsive and communicates completely and clearly; both by email and by phone. The products are as-advertised and work well. Among 10 items, one LED strip had a bad segment - the company accepted an image and dispatched a replacement immediately. Have purchased more since.

The customer service team here is very professional.

I had a great experience with this…
I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the team was professional and responsive, and the whole process was smooth and easy. They answered all my questions quickly and made everything simple to understand. It’s hard to find companies that actually care about their customers the way they do. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again in the future.

LED channels that made our home amazing!
Or specify has a unique selection of products that are creative ways for light to be directed into stairways, to play off the ceiling etc! Have already recommended the company to other designers and builders. Highly recommend this business as their customer service is absolutely fabulous.
