Great customer service

My team has been fantastic! Nicole, Allysa and the entire team has worked really hard to get us out of a lot of rough patches starting a new trucking business. By factoring or loads prompt and on time, teaching us how to bolt and get cash advances has helped our business tremendously. We have been able to run our own company for two years and a few months with the help and partnership with OtR and our team. Without OTR, I’m not really sure if our company would have sustained.

Hassle free, very courteous and professional staff, absolutely no need to call them OR chase your submitted invoices for payment, OTR staff takes care of everything. We're lucky to be doing business with OTR.

So factoring is wonderful and any time I have a question or problem it’s always gets answered and resolved

OTR always goes the extra mile to get you paid on time and eliminate as many fees as possible imposed by brokers.

All the reps are helpful, knowledgable, good experiences always!
