I have purchased several Ottasilver products in particular that I lover. I am very satisfied with the products as they are quality products and create people's style. I even got 2 wedding bands for my fiancé and I; we were able to fully customize them and both adore them.

Recently, I made a purchase from Ottasilver, acquiring one of their exquisite bracelets. I would like to commend them on their exceptionally swift delivery process, which was truly impressive. Furthermore, I was highly impressed by their customer support team, who displayed a prompt and efficient response mechanism. Lare...my Ottosilver contact was great...honoured the price as I got confused with Australian price in dollars and US price in dollars...gave me a great discount!! My ring arrived in an unbelievable quick time..when it did arrive and I opened it, I was sooo happy with it..perfect fit, cool intricate work on the inside of the ring...looks much better on than the photos portray.. Wore it to work tonight and already had people comment on it etc... At last,a company that delivers what they promise..will definitely communicate with Lare when I use Ottosilver again... thankyou!!! I would like to sincerely thank the Ottasilver team and the support personnel Lare for keeping me up to date with the queries I had regarding the order. I just received my order and I love the ring I received. The look, the fitting and the glare is amazing. I’ve received many compliments regarding the ring already from my family and friends. A big THANK YOU to Ottasilver for maintaining the quality, delivery and the prompt reply on queries.
