I would give a five star but the first concentrator I received did not work and called them right away. They ordered a Fed-X pickup for the next day and shipped me a new one the same day. I received it and it works fine so far (Today is my first day of using it.). All is well that ends well. Polite people even when I was terribly upset.

Thank you for the review! After receiving your machine, it is always a good idea to check that the HEPA filter is still in place. Sometimes they become dislodged during shipping, and that sure will make your machine sound louder!

They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.

lots of times people driving and handling do not care packages are handled to rough in shipment happens more often than people think i have been treated good

Hello sir and thank you for your order and review! Please note that our website states all orders ship in 3 to 5 BUSINESS days, and the FedEx transportation takes 3-5 days based on location. This is all listed in our Refund and Shipping policy page that you are required to read and agree to before placing an order. Your order was placed 9-3-19 and shipped on 9-9-19 which is 4 business days later. It was then delivered on 9-12-19. Everything was handled in the quoted timeline as promised :)
