Oz cosmetics is a very trustworthy site.They are customer friendly.My only problem They sent my parcel through India post .Its not thier fault it got delayed for so many days..its indian customs and postal services that are the reason for the delay. They take much time. You will get your product or your money back for sure. No need to worry shopping on this site. My only request/suggestion to them : please try to use some other courier services,there are many other who serves better and deliver fast. Please let the customer choose an option at the checkout to select the shipping type and speed. They issued refund also for late delivery and very patient with me. Thank you Oz.

I apologise. It’s my mistake that I didn’t read email properly Thank you for your fast feedback. Indian postals are very much delay. You better have chosen dhl or some other bettter private services.
