It feels like I was tricked into buying a product different from what was described.
I was seeking help from HP to get my printer reconnected to my laptop. HP connected me with "live" help. Emily cleared Malwarebytes off of my computer (after telling me it was not sufficient nor the right kind of protection) and offered me the option to buy 1 of 3 antivirus programs, Norton, McAfee and Avast. I purchased Avast. Since then, I have not received any kind of notification from Avast stating that I have purchased their program. However Parakeet World Solution has issued a "contract" that I have "signed" showing all of the benefits of what I purchased. But what I purchased seems to be a "Parakeet" product. I feel like I have been fooled into buying a product that is not as it was described to me.
