Fantastic customer support. I broke my IB-3 within a day of ownership from me miss using the tool. Note that I am the same guy that broke his bike chain the first day of use pedaling too hard up hill while shifting gears. I admit my novice status! I contacted customer support. They quickly reached out to me and came up with a solution to take care of me! I will be purchasing more bike tools from them in the future.

I contacted Park Tool looking for a small part to repair my CN-10 cable cutter. I've owned this tool for for 7-8 years and use it regularly given I'm still partial to mechanical drive trains. The particular fixing bolt unfortunately is not available and being proprietary I'm unable to find a functional replacement. Customer service, without me asking, offered a tool replacement covering it under their tool warranty policy. I did not expect this and was ready to accept it as a wear and tear issue. I see a slough of negative reviews about product quality and customer service and have to say my experience is quite the opposite. I own 14 different Park tools acquired over the years and each one is reliable and well made. They aren't the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for.

I have been using the Park Tool Cyclone chain cleaner consistently for over two years and it still works well. It is durable and fit for purpose.
