Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, so bad I left and ended up taking my business to big box. What a shame a “local” company loses business to big box as I would have rather spent my money with a smaller local company.

We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with our customer service. It is always unfortunate when a small, family-owned local business loses customers to larger corporations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will consider giving us another chance to serve you better.
